Again, it doesn’t matter if your emotional attack dogs are the result of a partner’s betrayal, a business deal gone bad, or a life adversity over which you had absolutely no control. The brain’s natural emotional response can be your complete undoing unless and until you master this process.
Now, if you’ve identified your emotional attack dogs and they are barking non-stop to keep you from moving forward, the second video demonstrates how to use the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) of tapping to release them.
EFT is highly effective for this and many other purposes. I recommend learning and using it to support yourself on the journey to success.
