First, we struggle to get those clients and customers and then there is the challenge of keeping them happy with our products and services so that, hopefully, they’ll continue to buy from us and recommend our business to others. Realistically, you won’t be able to make everyone happy or keep them happy all of the time. Even giving 200% in all your processes from purchase to customer service!
